Vellum Ink is a small, carefully made app, and support is answered by the person who builds it.

Email danny@lamonade.xyz — or use Settings → Send Feedback inside the app, which is the fastest route for bug reports because it can include your app version.
Common questions
- Where are my notes? On your iPad, and — if you're signed into iCloud — in your private iCloud, synced between your own devices.
- Something didn't save? Vellum warns you visibly whenever a save fails. If you ever see that banner, tap it to retry, and tell us.
- How do connectors work? Open Settings → Connections in the app for the step-by-step guide to deploying your own worker and naming your connectors.
- Refunds? Support contributions are processed by Stripe — if you contributed by mistake, email us and we'll refund it.
